Payment Options:
Kingstown offer a wide variety of payment options, including major credit, debit cards and Paypal. If you are not happy about sending your card details over the Internet to our secure web server you can place your order over the phone, post your card details.

Privacy & Security
Kingstown do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store repeat delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details. When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number. We may record which products you purchase. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site useage that enables us to improve the service we provide and improve the site.

This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products and other Pallatts.com services if you have opted to receive further information. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. Security: We use Paypal (encryption, passwords, physical security) to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure.

Supply of Goods
It may be, that due to circumstances beyond their control, Kingstown is not able to guarantee the supply of goods. The acknowledgment generated to a customer at the time an order is placed is confirmation only of the details given by the customer and is not an acceptance of the order. Prices may change at any time or goods may not currently be available. Should this be the case Kingstown will contact the customer by e-mail or telephone within 5 working days to apprise them of the situation and give them the option to cancel. Kingstown apologises in advance should such action be necessary.

Delivery Times
The majority of our goods are despatched direct from warehouse normally within 48 hours of an order being processed. Currently our average time for delivery of goods is 2 to 3 working days. If you have not received your goods within 14 days of your order acknowledgement, and Kingstown has not contacted you regarding any delay, please contact us on 01268 521974 or by email at info@kingstown.net.

Quality of Goods/Fitness for Purpose:
Kingstown makes every effort to ensure that the product advertised on their site is of a high quality. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product Kingstown expects its customers to receive. There are times when this may be beyond our control. Where goods received are found not to be of merchantable quality or fit for the purpose described by the manufacturers they may be returned and a replacement (if requested and available) will be sent otherwise we will refund your monies in full. All the images, details, dimensions and usage of the product shown on this web site has been supplied to Kingstown by the manufacturers/suppliers. Should there be any discrepancies we apologise. Image based content is provided as is and for illustration purposes only and may not be representative of the product in its true form.   

 

Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them at your own cost within 7 daysof original delivery in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund. Where goods become faulty within the manufacturers period of guarantee, and the fault is not due to mishandling by the user, action will be taken to repair or replace the item in accordance with that manufacturers warranty. Goods to be returned after the 7 day period above or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the agreement of Kingstown who reserve the right, in all cases, to make a restocking charge of 25% + VAT. This in no way affects your statutory rights.

For any reason you cancel or refuse to accept delivery after your order is dispatched, we will refund your original purchase minus a return delivery cost of £15.00 per parcel after the parcel is returned.

We cannot accept responsibility of non-delivery of returned goods.

We cannot refund any packs that have been partially used – only full, undamaged packs will be considered for any refund.
